Vegetarian Roman Pizza Recipe

If you do not have time or desire to prepare the pizza dough at home, you can use our ready-made pizza dough. If, on the other hand, you want to make your vegetarian pizza entirely with your hands, start preparing the dough at least a 24 hours before baking, in order to allow a good leavening.

Vegetarian Pizza Recipe with Pre-Baked Pinsarella Crust

Step 2: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This will ensure the pizza bakes evenly and the cheese melts perfectly.

Step 3: Prepare the Toppings

– Slice the bell peppers, red onion, and mushrooms.
– Halve the cherry tomatoes.
– Have the sliced black olives and fresh basil leaves ready.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza

– Place the pre-baked Pinsarella crust on a baking sheet.
